As of the effective date of this Policy, we have not disclosed consumers’ personal information to third parties in the preceding twelve (12) months, but we will disclose your personal information to third-party service providers or contractors in both Japan and the USA who help us provide the products and services, such as, payment processing, marketing and advertising, email, text and other communications, applications, business support, and website, software, platform, cloud, data storage and other technical services. When we disclose personal information for a business or commercial purpose to service providers or contractors, we enter into a contract that requires the service providers and contractors to both keep that personal information confidential and to use it only for limited purposes.

Clickstream Data

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
- Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information related to you. We may require written and signed authorization from you before an agent may act on your behalf.
In order to verify your identity when you are authorizing an agent to act on your behalf, we may ask you to provide the following information: your name; date of birth; and your email address that we have on file. We reserve the right to deny requests from persons or businesses claiming to be authorized agents that do not submit sufficient proof of their authorization.
Response Timing and Format
Once we receive your request, we will respond within ten (10) business days to confirm receipt of the request and provide information about how we will process the request. We will provide the information you requested within forty-five (45) days of your request. If we require more time (up to ninety (90) days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. For requests from California consumers to opt-out of sale or sharing for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, we will respond within fifteen (15) days.
We will deliver our written response by email.
The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We may charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request if such request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
