Shipping Policy
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are flat-rate and charged as follows, regardless of the order's weight, size or number of packages required:
- Mainland United States: $10 per order
- Alaska and Hawaii: $40 per order
- Other Regions: Shipping is not available outside these areas.
Please note that different shipping fees may apply for exceptionally large or heavy items.
Shipping Address Changes
(Before Shipment Preparation Only),
Shipping address changes can only be made prior to shipment preparation and must be updated through your order history at “My Page”. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the order history in "My Page" and select the order you wish to update.
- Click the "Update shipping address" button* to make changes.
*If the button is not visible, it means the shipping address can no longer be changed.
Please be aware that changing the shipping address may change the shipping fee, resulting in a partial refund or additional fee.
For multiple unshipped orders, changing the address for one order WILL NOT automatically update it for other orders. You must follow the steps above for each order individually.
Once shipment preparation has begun, address changes cannot be processed on our site. Instead, please use the tracking number provided in your shipment email to contact the carrier directly and arrange forwarding with them as needed. *

*Please note that it is not always possible to change the shipping address after shipping. Your package may still be delivered to the original address after your request depending on its delivery status.
Shipping Addresses
Previously-used shipping address details will automatically appear during checkout.
You can save multiple shipping addresses and select your preferred one at checkout. Saved addresses can be viewed and edited in "My Page.”
Please note that if you use Google Pay or Apple Pay payment methods, the address registered in those services will automatically be set as the shipping address. Please make sure that the address registered with Google Pay or Apple Pay is correct.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only to the United States.
*This excludes US territories, possessions, COFA areas, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO.
Orders cannot be picked up at Kotobukiya physical stores.
Delivery Timeline
In-stock Items: Typically ship within 5 business days of the order confirmation, but delays may occur during periods of high shipping volume.
Pre-order Items: Items will be shipped as soon as they arrive at our store and are ready for delivery. The month in which the item is projected to be released is stated on the product page.
We regret that we cannot accept requests to deliver packages on specific dates.
Long holidays, public holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances may delay deliveries.
Shipping Carriers
We use UPS and FedEx for deliveries. Shipping fees remain the same regardless of the carrier selected.
Customers can select their preferred carrier during checkout. Delivery carriers cannot be changed after order confirmation.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to issues such as incomplete shipping information or refusal of delivery and the package is returned to us:
- The order will be canceled.
- A refund will be issued. (For more information about the refund process, please visit our Return/Refund Policy page.)
- Reshipping of canceled orders is not available.
- Frequent or high-value returns may result in restrictions on your ability to place future orders.
If the tracking system indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If Your Package is Lost…
