When will my order be shipped?

For a pre-order, the shipping date is calculated based on the release month. Please check the product page for the scheduled release month. The release month is shown on every product page below the product name, starting with 'Release:'.

Our products generally arrive at our warehouse around the middle or end of the release month. We will ship orders in sequence once all items in your order have been collected and are ready for shipment. Although we are doing our best to ship your order on time, it may take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
