You can update your membership information via "My Page > Edit Account”.
Changing your registered address DOES NOT automatically update the shipping address for previously places unshipped orders.
Address changes for unshipped orders must be made via your order history.
Changing your registered address will only update the "Default Address" on your account.

"Add to Cart" indicates items that are in stock and available for immediate purchase.
"Pre-Order" indicates items that are not yet released.

Please note that an actual product might vary from the images shown on the product page/package. We cannot disclose stock levels for individual products.

You can cancel your order via My Page within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that this rule also applies to pre-ordered products, pre-ordered items can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order confirmation (not release date).
To cancel the order, please follow these steps:
- Go to "My Page > Order History" and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel Order Now" button. If the button is not displayed, the order cannot be canceled.
*Please note that cancellations cannot be reversed.

Changes to existing orders are not possible after checkout. Please complete the following steps in case you need to change the quantity or details of the order:
- Make a new order with the correct quantity
- After the correct order is made, please cancel your order with the wrong number of items.
(Please note that you can cancel your order via My Page ONLY within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that this rule also applies to pre-ordered products. Please note that some items have purchase quantity limits, which are indicated on the product page.)

Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation, regardless of whether the item is in stock or a pre-order. For the exact payment schedule, please check with your credit card company or PayPal.

Payment methods cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. If needed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours and place a new one using your preferred payment method.

Taxes may be applied based on your registered address. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Yes. You can save your credit card information by checking “Save my information for a faster checkout with a Shop account” box. Please note that Kotobukiya does not store your payment information. Your information is saved on your Shop Pay account and being handled by Shopify.

Kotobukiya does not charge any additional fees from our end, please check your credit card company/PayPal for details on the payment method fees.

Shipping fees are flat-rate and charged as follows, regardless of the order's weight, size or number of shipping boxes:
- Mainland United States: $10 per order
- Alaska and Hawaii: $40 per order
- Other Regions: Shipping is not available outside these areas.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Customers can select their preferred carrier during checkout. Delivery carriers cannot be changed after order confirmation.

The release month is listed on the product page. Once the item is released and arrives at our warehouse, it will be prepared for shipment.

We do not allow delivery dates or time specifications on our website. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

We ship within the United States (excluding certain regions). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or other countries. For details, see our Shipping Policy.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or refusal of receipt, the order will be canceled and returned to us. Canceled orders cannot be resent. Repeated delivery failures may result in restrictions on future orders.
