We’d like to share some important updates regarding how we’re handling the new tariffs.
After careful consideration, we’ve decided to introduce a surcharge beginning 12:00 AM (EDT) on June 16, 2025. This surcharge will be added to your total order amount, separate from the product price and shipping costs.
Here’s everything you need to know:
How much will the surcharge be?
- In most cases, the surcharge will be 5% of the product price (excluding shipping).
- Please note that this percentage may change depending on future developments.
Which orders will have a surcharge?
Orders that meet the following criteria will include a surcharge:
- Any pre-order placed on or after June 16th, 2025 12:00 AM (EDT)
- Any in-stock order with products arriving at our warehouse in June 2025, or onward.
- Products priced at 50 USD or less will not incur a surcharge regardless of the date of release.
Products which require a surcharge will clearly be indicated on the product page.
When will the surcharge be billed?
The timing of the surcharge billing depends on the type of purchase button displayed on the product page:

For “Pre Order” Purchases:
- The surcharge will not be billed at the time you place your order.
- Instead, we’ll calculate the final surcharge amount based on the actual tariff costs incurred.
The surcharge amount for an item will be finalized around the middle of the product’s release month. - Once the surcharge is determined, we’ll email you an invoice for your order. You’ll then have 14 days to complete the payment. Your order will not ship until we’re able to confirm your payment.
- If payment is not received within the 14-day period, your order will be canceled.

For “Add to Cart” Purchases:
- The surcharge will be billed at the same time your order is confirmed. You’ll see the surcharge amount clearly displayed during the checkout process.
- Some products will not require a surcharge (the surcharge amount will be displayed as 0% on the product page). Of course for these products no surcharge will be added at checkout.
Can I cancel my order because of the surcharge?
Yes! If you’d like to cancel your order due to the surcharge, we’re happy to accommodate you.
Even if it’s been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, you can still request a cancellation.
Simply contact us through our support form and include:
- Your order number
- A request to cancel due to the surcharge
For orders receiving a “Pre Order” surcharge invoice, if payment isn’t received within the 14-day limit, your order will be canceled automatically and there’s no need to contact us.
For cancelling orders within 24 hours of placing them, you can do this yourself directly through your account’s “My Page” section.
Regarding The May & June 2025 New Releases

We are pleased to inform you that the shipment of new products scheduled for release in May and June 2025 has been resumed, with an estimated date of arrival set at the beginning of July 2025. We will proceed with final delivery as soon as the products reach our warehouse.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers who have pre-ordered, and we hope for your understanding and patience.

We are still in the process of considering strategies for dealing with the new tariffs, but given the current situation, we have unfortunately made the decision to postpone shipment of new products scheduled for release in May and June. Please note that you can still place pre-orders for May and June products despite this delay.
We are currently in the process of shipping the new products scheduled for release in April, and customers who have pre-ordered April 2025 release products can rest assured that they will not be charged any additional tariff-related fees.
We apologize for the time it is taking us to finalize our policies. We will again update you on the situation as soon as we can. Please rest assured that our strategy will be made with your best interests in mind.
Please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by this decision, and we hope for your understanding during this unprecedented situation.

We want to keep you informed about potential impacts on our product pricing due to recent tariff changes announced by the current administration.
As of April 14, 2025, these changes are making it challenging for us to maintain current pricing, and like many importers, we may need to adjust prices if the tariffs remain in place.
We understand your concerns, especially if you have pre-ordered our products at prices announced before the tariffs went into effect. We feel it wouldn't be wise to finalize our approach at this time. We are, however, committed to announcing a clear policy once the situation stabilizes.
We understand that this situation is challenging for everyone involved. Please rest assured that our strategy will be made with your best interests in mind.
