We are pleased to inform you that our March release products have arrived at our warehouse. Following their arrival, preparations are now underway so that we can begin shipping orders. We expect to begin shipping out your orders in mid-April. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Regarding the tariff-related surcharge, the payment deadline was temporarily suspended due to recent international logistics conditions. As the situation has now progressed, we will be setting a new payment deadline shortly.
Customers with outstanding surcharge payments will receive a separate notification email. We kindly ask that, once notified, payment be completed as soon as possible to help ensure smooth processing and timely shipment of your order.

Due to import-related delays affecting the inbound shipment, all products originally scheduled for release in March are now expected to begin shipping in early April, once the cargo arrives at our U.S. warehouse.

Due to severe weather conditions affecting ocean freight and other international logistics factors, the import of our new products into the United States has been delayed. As a result, the shipment has not yet arrived at our Kotobukiya US online warehouse.
Once the cargo arrives at the warehouse, we will begin shipping orders will be shipped in the order they were received. However, at this time, a confirmed arrival date is not available.
Because of this delay, delivery of the new products may extend into April, 2026.
